Kid Carvers

Today, there are many children's books. All of them have their special "thing" that make them unique. Dr. Seuss had his clever rhymes and whimsical characters. Junie B. Jones creator, Barbara Park, had a quirky character.

As usual, I was looking for some interesting things to show you folks and I came across this lovely poster for Kid Carvers: Engineers of the Impossible by Jason Reeves and his team. A children's book series coming out soon!

If you've never been to the website 133art I suggest you check out their about me and take a look around the site. You may find something you like! 133art showcases this children's book to be the next generation of excitement!

So what's the big deal?

The big deal about a child's book displaying the following are quite important for reasons explained:

1. From the poster itself, you can see the characters are built upon confidence and even the lab coats represent the geniusness about to unfold.

2. The style of artwork is appealing to most- if not all- of those who come across it. From the scenery to the colors, it all blends together. Easy on the eyes and attractive to see.

3. The description of what the book will be about is what pushed me to share it with all of you readers. It reads, "Kid Carvers: Engineers of the Impossible A children’s book series from 133artKid Carvers is a children's book series that revolves around two 6yr. old genius' Marley & Charley Carver, who use their superior minds to investigate strange occurrences & mysteries only they can solve. They're scientist/private detectives...only smaller."

For most that do not understand, there is a huge chunk in the African-American [or any African descendant] community that has a hard time teaching their children certain lessons of life and education. In my opinion, this book is a stepping stone that will teach children as well as entertain them and allow their minds to continue to be children. When it comes out, I will be getting a copy as I have younger brothers and sisters that would LOVE something like this. I just know they will enjoy it.
